The Benson’s one, two and three bedroom apartments are spacious, light-filled and luxuriously appointed. Each home features high-end European fixtures and appliances, American Oak floorboards, lofty ceilings, stone benchtops, generous living areas and private balconies or terraces designed as a natural extension of the home.

The Benson Lounge

Plenty of space outside your apartment to relax, unwind and connect with the vibrant and active community. Develop friendships, participate in activities and enjoy a strong sense of belonging, with a library, fireplace, complimentary tea and coffee.

Gardens and grounds

Immaculate gardens to walk and sit in to soak up the sun and connect with nature. Fully maintained by professional gardeners, with walking paths through landscaped grounds, and seating areas for morning tea and afternoon reading.

Dining and meals

The Benson has a commercial kitchen and island bench top for social or family gatherings, an elegant dining room, and various meal options that residents can order from quality local fine food providers and restaurants.

Private and secure

For ease of access, total security and peace of mind, each apartment can be entered via the underground carpark with an elevator to your floor. Intercoms with video surveillance provide additional security.
