ELC Children Visit The Benson Residents

In late March 2026, residents at The Benson Toorak welcomed a special visit from the pre-prep children of St Peter’s Early Learning Centre, located next door to The Benson.

The visit brought residents and children together for a warm and engaging morning of music, movement and creative activity. The children sang a selection of Easter songs, took part in a movement-based scarf activity, and helped arrange a fruit platter in an Easter motif.

Before leaving, the children presented residents with a hand-drawn illustration of St Peter’s. The artwork now sits on display in The Benson foyer as a reminder of the visit and the close relationship between The Benson, St Peter’s Early Learning Centre.

For residents, the ELC visit was a chance to enjoy the delight and spontaneity of young children. For the children, it was a way to share their songs, creativity and Easter joy. These shared activities encouraged conversation, smiles and connection across generations.
